Why we started Tendra

Most knee supports are built like a cast: thick, hot, and wrapped around the whole joint. We wanted something you could actually forget you were wearing.

The Tendra Precision Strap does one job. It puts focused support on the patellar tendon, the small band just below your kneecap that takes the load on every stair, squat and step down, and leaves the rest of your knee free to move.
