How to wear it
1. Find the bottom edge of your kneecap.
2. Place the silicone pad two finger-widths below it.
3. Tighten until snug, not tight. About 10 seconds.

How is this different from a knee brace or sleeve?
Braces and sleeves compress the whole joint. Tendra applies focused pressure to one structure, the patellar tendon just below the kneecap, and leaves the rest of your knee free to move.
Will it fit me?
The hook-and-loop strap adjusts to most knee sizes and works on either leg. No sizing chart needed.
Will it slide down when I move?
